What areas do you service?
We can work with clients at all stages of their renovation journey. For some clients, they already have a design in place, and we’re able to execute the plan. For others at the very beginning of their journey, we can assist with all elements of design and planning.
What qualifications do you have?
If your renovation falls under an exempt development requirement, you will not be required to get a permit. If your renovation falls under ‘comply and develop’, you will require a CDC. If your renovation doesn’t fall under CDC requirements, you will then require a DA.
